Effective 2026-08-21 · the "preview terms"

1. The service

Foreweave is a project-scheduling and schedule-risk platform: plans, dependencies, calendars, computed critical paths, resources and earned value, baselines and actuals, scenarios and Monte Carlo simulation, program master schedules, import and export including MS Project XML and spreadsheets, and — where enabled for your organization — an AI scheduling agent and AI-generated documents. All of it is reachable through the web application and the REST API. We provide it to you under these terms; you provide the schedules.

2. Your account and organization

Signing up creates an organization — a tenant that owns its projects and members. You're responsible for who you invite and the roles you give them. Keep your credentials to yourself; tell us at trust@foreweave.com immediately if you believe an account is compromised.

3. Your data stays yours

• You own every plan, task, and document you put into Foreweave. We claim no rights beyond what's needed to run the service for you.
• You can export your complete data as MS Project XML at any time — leaving is always one download away.
• We never use your schedule data to train AI models, and our agreement with our model provider prohibits them from doing so. The optional AI features process your data only when your organization has explicitly enabled them. The scheduling agent runs on a zero-retention endpoint with confidential names tokenized in transit; document generation does not, which is why enabling it requires a separately recorded acknowledgement from an organization admin. 4. What "preview" means

During the preview the service is free and we run it with production care — but we may still change features, impose fair-use limits, or schedule maintenance with shorter notice than a paid SLA would allow. Before we ever charge you, we'll tell you clearly, in advance, with the option to export and walk away.

5. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to access other tenants' data, probe or overload the service, or use it to store content that's unlawful where you operate. Security research is welcome through the channel in our security.txt — not against production tenants.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is" during the preview. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us (during the free preview: zero), and we're not liable for indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't lawfully be limited, and nothing here reduces our privacy commitments.

7. Changes and ending the agreement

You can stop using Foreweave any time: export your data, delete your organization, done. We can update these terms as the product evolves; material changes are announced in the app and on this page at least 14 days before they take effect. The date at the top tells you which version you're reading.
