1. What we collect, and why

The marketing site collects personal data in exactly two places, both initiated by you:

• Signing up (/signup): your name, work email, organization name, typical plan size, and current tooling — used to create your workspace and send you the verification link.
• Contacting us (/contact): your name, work email, organization, chosen topic, and your message — used to reply to you.

That's the complete list. Browsing the site requires no account, sets no tracking cookies, and sends nothing about you to third parties.

2. Lawful basis

We process signup data to take steps, at your request, toward providing you the service (contract), and contact-form data on our legitimate interest in answering the people who write to us. Marketing email is sent only with your consent (see below). Where the law of your region — including the GDPR and comparable regimes in other deployment regions — grants you additional protections, those apply in full.

3. Email

The verification email that creates your workspace is transactional — you always get that one. Anything else (product news, feature announcements) is sent only if you ticked the optional checkbox on the signup form. It's unticked by default, the choice is recorded with your record, and every such email contains a working unsubscribe link.

4. How long we keep it

• Signups that don't become a workspace: deleted within 12 months of submission.
• Contact messages: kept while the conversation is live and deleted within 12 months of its end.
• Signups that become a workspace: governed from that point by the product's data terms and your organization's agreement.

5. Analytics & cookies

We measure the site with first-party, cookieless counters: which pages are viewed and which calls-to-action are clicked, with no identifiers attached to you. No advertising pixels, no fingerprinting, no third-party analytics scripts. The site sets no cookies at all; if you are signed in to the Foreweave app, a single non-tracking cookie set by the app lets the header show "Open your workspace" instead of a signup button.

6. Who sees it

Form submissions go to our own systems and, for contact messages, to the shared inbox our team answers from. We use infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery) bound by data-processing agreements; we never sell or rent personal data, and we never use your data to train AI models.

Nothing you type into these marketing forms is sent to a model provider. Inside the product, where your organization has switched the AI features on, schedule content is processed by our model provider under an agreement that prohibits training on it — on a zero-retention endpoint for the scheduling agent, and on a non-zero-retention path for document generation, which is why that one additionally requires a recorded acknowledgement from an organization admin before it can be used. 7. Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, correct it, or have it deleted — whether or not your region's law obliges us to. Write to trust@foreweave.com and we'll act on it within 30 days. If we ever change this policy, the date above changes with it and material changes are flagged on this page.
